Rich Hubbard
Founder and Director
Rich is the founder of He Met Me There, a Navy submarine veteran whose life and work at sea shaped the navigation language behind the ministry. His heart is to walk with men through honest conversation, shared experience, and Christ-centered brotherhood—helping them find their bearing and take the next faithful step.
Christina Smith
Co-Founder and Vice President
Christina is a co-founder of He Met Me There and helps carry the vision from idea to action. She brings organization, encouragement, and a steady commitment to the mission—helping build the structure, relationships, and support that allow HMMT to serve men well.
Brian Collett
Vice President of Engineering & Navigator
Brian brings an engineering and field-readiness mindset to HMMT, helping ensure retreats and activities are approached with safety, preparation, and sound judgment. As a Navigator, he also walks alongside men with honesty, accountability, and practical encouragement—helping turn good plans into safe, meaningful ministry experiences.
